Looked cool bubble waffle was big and so fluffy! The ice cream was so creamy and flavourful if in Durham definitely check out

Thanks for the reply. Apologies for my bad choice of words, what I meant by “outsource” was exactly what you said. I’m sorry if my review appears to suggest that you are trying to deceive customers into believing that you made the ice cream in house, it was not my intention to do so. It’s good and the last time I had it I really enjoyed it. I was expecting the tapioca pearls to be sweet, but upon research they are usually mild in flavor. I guess I have only been having “black sugar” pearls my whole life that I forgot the usual pearls have a mild flavor. That’s why I am adjusting my review and I’d like to apologize for my original one. Also the few times I came by, the service was pretty good and the staff were very polite!

Ice cream is good, but that's only because they outsource it. The "pearls" in the milk tea are flavourless. You're really just chewing on rubber. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Absolutely unacceptable for a £5 drink.
The Ice cream was nice and it also looks good for pictures etc. However, I think they are overhyped. Maybe it’s because Durham is a small town so not many ice cream places present their products like this. There’s nothing special in the taste of the ice cream. Is it good? Yes. Is it extraordinary? No.
